Bejor Consulting Group is the new business group created by the merger of several companies specializing in cutting-edge technologies, automation, business management, and logistics optimization. This is a strategic step aimed at making the Group one of Microsoft's leading partners.
A group of technology companies
The new entity brings together several companies in the technology sector, most notably Devol, Emiral, InLOG, and Alarzel Consulting Services. The Group achieves an annual turnover exceeding six million euros and is backed by more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector.
This business partnership covers the main lines of business, which are currently in high demand: business management through the implementation of ERPs, automation of business processes using RPA technology, Low Code tools and Artificial Intelligence; and the optimization of logistics processes.
Atamaral
The link between the companies arises thanks to Atamaral's participation, all of them are owned by the aforementioned investment fund., leader in the information and communication technology sector.
Currently, each of the technology brands maintains its independence, but the creation of Bejor Consulting Group is the first step toward a larger joint project aimed at a merger. "The idea is to create a single group where each company contributes its expertise and team. We will eventually become a single company with different areas of specialization, capable of offering comprehensive solutions designed to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and maximize the profitability of businesses," emphasizes Jacobo Israel Garzón, president of Atamaral.
Devol
Devol is a company specializing in business process automation using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology, low-code programming tools, and artificial intelligence. With over 10 years of experience, it has automated more than 600 processes for more than 50 clients across diverse sectors. Its Process360 tool manages the entire lifecycle of automation projects, monitoring performance and return on investment.
