The objective of the application is to provide ABC with a SAT tool for technical service. It was necessary to automate and improve the administrative process so that technicians always had real-time information on the status of their work orders.
Our solution
A convenient application was created for ABC's SAT technicians, creating added value for the company, as they can work with customer service reports and manage acceptance signatures, eliminating all physical documents.
